Another restaurant by the celebrity British chef Jamie Oliver has opened in the historic center of Moscow, in the vicinity of Red Square, inside the Fashion Season Shopping Gallery. The new restaurant features the harmonious combination of exquisite interiors, tailored to the Moscow project by British designers, original comfortable furniture, cozy atmosphere, world known Jamie Oliver’s kitchen and qualified friendly service.
The interiors are complemented by the memorable views of the Bolshoi Theatre, the historic building of Metropol Hotel and other Moscow sights. The restaurant is equipped with the modern kitchen facilities: just to mention the unique pizza oven with uniform rotation that cooks an excellent pizza in 1.5 minute, or the fabulous home-made pasta machine.
Matteo Lai, the Italian chef, who was actually opening Jamie`s Italian in St. Petersburg, runs the restaurant kitchen. The menu consists of well-known Italian dishes, cooked by Jamie Oliver’s original recipes and author’s interpretation. It is important that every Jamie's Italian restaurant features open kitchen, antipasti show windows and fresh homemade pasta. Every day, our guests are presented a special offer and new creative cocktails at the bar.
The concept of Jamie Oliver’s restaurants implies the use of local products, so the world-known “happy chicken” is now being grown on a farm outside St. Petersburg upon the highest environmental standards. Our kids’ menu is designed as a slide film with bright pictures, which are fun even to look at. The main characteristic of Jamie's Italian is the most careful product selection: farm meat and fish, seasonal vegetables, homemade pasta, best varieties of olive oil, free-range eggs, gluten-free sausages, and mineral salt. Another feature is original serving. Antipasti are served on wooden planks, made of recycled old ship pine boards by Jamie’s old friend Mike The Woodman. Jamie Oliver's main idea is to use the best eco-friendly ingredients. So in order to meet the brand highest standards the new restaurant staff went through a full training in the UK.
The restaurant accommodates 160 people. The average bill is 1500 rubles.
