The menu is based on famous Azeri recipes from different parts of the country, but in the brand-Chef’s interpretation. Bakhtiyar also recommends trying his designer version of sturgeon Buglama or one of five types of breakfast from Azerbaijan’s regions, each having its own unique combination of flavors.
Chayka’s concept is built on using only local ingredients – some of which can only be found in Azerbaijan. The restaurant has the most modern kitchen equipment, but traditional tandoori ovens located right at the terrace deserve special attention. Fresh hot bread is baked right in front of the restaurant’s guests.
